Allergies

Every early spring and fall the allergies attacked me, but in my husband situation he have a serious problem man, he gets the seasonal allergy plus the nuts and chocolate allergies, which is sad for him because he just love those things, every time we visit the grocery store he grab his favorite ice cream, pies and cakes, though good thing for him after he gained weight he easily get rid of those extra pounds and I don't have any idea how he does that, I even don't eat too much nuts and chocolate but still I gain weight that he does, maybe because I eat too much rice, rice make me strong and keep me going the entire day in my jobs, I noticed though that every time I cleaned up our closet which is very dusty I sneeze after cleaning and then cough after that, thanks to the cold and cough medicines, they keep me breathing and alive.
